Investment Team Associate (2025)

Bertram Capital is seeking Investment Team Associates to join the firm's investment team within the Industrials, Consumer, or Business Services verticals. The role involves working closely with Principals and Partners on a mix of opportunities for new investments, including evaluation of new platform investments, add-on acquisitions, investment thesis development, portfolio management, and deal execution.

Requirements

• 1-3 years investment banking experience (depending on level)
• Undergraduate degree (minimum 3.5 GPA or equivalent) and high ACT/SAT scores
• Fluency with financial statements, modeling and capital structure
