Job Description
BESIX Watpac is seeking a BIM Manager to join their VIC Construction team. The role involves strategic BIM management and project BIM delivery, advising on best practice technical BIM processes and developing BIM Management and Execution Plans.
Requirements
- Demonstrated BIM Management experience within the building construction industry
- Ability to follow, implement and improve custom company & project BIM processes with end deliverables in mind
- Working knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC and Drafting Standards
- Understanding project workflows (schematic design, design development, construction documentation phases, building construction sequencing)
- Proficient computer skills, including in relevant software programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM Collaborate, AutoCAD, Revizto, Enscape)
