Purchase Assistant

Purchase Assistant helps keep projects moving by ensuring materials and services are purchased and delivered on time. Assist in the preparation and administration of all purchasing activities for materials and services, including Receiving Purchase Requisitions, Issuing Requests for Quotation, and Preparing Purchase Orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar procurement/purchasing role within construction companies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor‐management skills
• Knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
