Job Description
BESIX Watpac is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and running the trade package tendering process, preparing contract documents, and addressing matters relating to contract conditions. The position requires a degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or relevant experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading contracts administration on large building projects
- Ability to communicate, influence, and build effective relationships at all levels of the business
- Ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills
