Job Description
We are looking for a driven professional to join our team as a Licence Specialist. You will be responsible for overseeing projects in the tender, planning, and execution phases regarding spatial and legal issues. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to execute complex projects without delays or obstacles.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO education in the field of construction, environment, water, civil engineering, spatial planning, administrative sciences, law or a comparable discipline
- Experience as a licence manager/consultant working for contractors, companies, and government in large and small projects
- Familiarity with (current) legislation
- Demonstrable knowledge of legislation and regulations in the field of building and environmental law
