The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in complex infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor/master diploma or equivalent by experience in complex infrastructure projects
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering
• Proven skills in leadership, interpersonal communication and change management
• Fluent communication in Dutch and English/French
• Good technical background and MS office skills
