Requirements

- You are in close exchange with your customers to find out which talents they are looking for.
- You provide intensive consulting around the topic of recruitment, even on strategic topics like sustainable recruitment.
- You have a fine sense of your customers, recognize buying signals immediately and use the opportunities for clever up- and cross-selling.
- You know our portfolio inside and out and understand how to successfully sell our services to our customers.
- You maintain the comprehensive applicant pool (no active sourcing).
- You filter out the perfect applicants for your customers in telephone interviews and decide independently who is the best fit.
