Job Description
Bespoke Labs is looking for a Program Manager, Data Operations to scale the data ecosystem behind frontier AI models. The successful candidate will scope and structure the enablement of Experts for Data Ops projects, onboard and guide Experts, and design and evolve workflows to turn Expert input into RL-ready datasets.
Requirements
- Strong program/project management in data, ML, or ops-heavy environments
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clear guidelines, workflows, and systems
- Experience working with domain experts and distributed contributors
