Job Description
We are hiring a retail store manager to join our team at Best Buy. As a store leader, you will oversee all aspects of our store, lead a team of employees, and partner with various areas of the business to create amazing customer and employee experiences. The successful candidate will start as a store leader in training and be assigned a permanent store leader position in one of our locations in Surrey, Langley, Coquitlam, Abbotsford, or Chilliwack.
Requirements
- 7+ years of retail store manager experience
- 5+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 50 employees and a $30+ million big box retail store
- 5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store
