Customer Service Representative - Logistics

This role is responsible for collaborating with carrier partners and shippers to oversee the full life cycle of every shipment in your team's given book of business. Requirements

• Function as the liaison between clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers
• Developing long-term relationships with customers by providing first-in-class customer service
• Helping to prospect for new customers, carriers, and maintaining positive customer and carrier relations
• Generating new business opportunities through prospecting calls
• Effectively and confidently negotiating customer and carrier rates, and establishing strong, trusted relationships with each
• Managing movement of the client's goods, ensuring that they are picked up, transported safely and delivered on time to the client's expectations
• Using industry-leading technology to provide market competitive pricing for customer shipments
• Collaborating with team members on pricing strategies and solution decisions
