Dedicated Account Manager

Create long-term, trusting relationships with customers and manage customer relationships, providing excellent service and support. Manage drivers, dispatch, and equipment, and collaborate with safety to coordinate recertification and random drug screenings. Develop programs to improve performance and address retention.
