HR Assistant (Employee Relations)

BESTANK Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a HR Assistant (Employee Relations) to maintain and deliver the company's Memorandum tracking and issuance system, support arbitration council and committee meetings, and ensure accurate plantilla and probationary contracts. The ideal candidate has an HR degree, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Labor Law and spreadsheets.

Requirements

• HR degree, Psychology, Management or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
• Knowledgeable with Labor Law and previous experience handling employee discipline is an advantage
• Knowledgeable with spreadsheets and word processing for creating reports
