Director of Sales - Algorithmic & Electronic Trading

BestEx Research is seeking a Director of Sales to drive new client acquisition and deepen its footprint with buy-side clients in the futures and electronic markets. The ideal candidate has a track record of selling to institutional clients and a strong understanding of algorithmic execution, electronic trading workflows, and market structure.

Requirements

• Originate, develop, and close new client relationships across futures, exchange-traded derivatives, and electronic trading desks
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through contract execution
• Partner with research and product teams to articulate BestEx’s value proposition around execution quality, algorithmic performance, and market structure
