Job Description
Bestow is a leading vertical technology platform serving life insurers. We're looking for an AI-Native Quality Engineer to help establish the future of our software validation and verification capabilities in the age of AI. You will work at the intersection of application engineering, product development, and applied AI to help translate ideas into structured specifications, executable examples, and scalable validation systems.
Requirements
- Recent college graduate or early career experience in software engineering, AI/ML workflows, or applied automation
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another modern programming language
- Hands-on experience working with APIs or modern web systems
- Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, or evaluation workflows
- Ability to reason about system behavior through structured examples
- Strong written communication skills
- Curiosity about how complex systems behave under changing conditions
- Interest in learning modern validation and verification disciplines
