Requirements

• Experience as a leader in retail, preferably in fashion
• Leading a team, coaching, and motivating daily
• Commercially focused and sharp on oversight
• Result-driven coaching with strong communication
• Customer focus is in your DNA, along with a sense of style and presentation
• Passion for fashion and a sense of the VERO MODA style
• Flexible and available, also during busy weekends and other peak moments
