Job Description
BETA is seeking a Senior Stormwater/Civil Project Engineer to support their Water, Wastewater, Stormwater, Civil Site, and Water Resources Team. This role involves leading client development, engineering on stormwater planning and design projects, and providing technical leadership. Projects may include stormwater control retrofits, green infrastructure, and wetland restoration, incorporating nature-based solutions to improve infrastructure and address water quality issues.
Requirements
- Perform, manage, and oversee engineering on stormwater planning and design projects
- Technical design lead on concurrent projects
- Recommend solutions to engineering issues
- Manage projects including scope, budget and schedules
- Provide responsive client service
- Lead/Mentor young professionals
- Collaborate across internal disciplines
- Perform business development
- Properly scope, schedule and budget assignments/projects
