Job Description
BETA is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to join their team. The role involves leading and client development in water and wastewater engineering, construction management, and civil infrastructure design, alongside water and wastewater treatment/collection infrastructure improvements. This position could encompass project planning, design oversight, client communication, and mentoring staff, with opportunities for professional advancement.
Requirements
- Perform, manage, and oversee engineering on water and wastewater planning and design projects
- Technical design lead on concurrent projects
- Recommend solutions to engineering issues
- Manage projects including scope, budget and schedules for detailed engineering planning, design, review and contract documents
- Mentor younger staff to enhance their knowledge and advance their career development
- Perform business development and manage project pursuits
- Collaborate across internal disciplines and office locations
- Properly scope, schedule and budget assignments/projects
