Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager cultivates customer loyalty and develops enduring relationships by ensuring clients have consistently positive experiences. They manage daily operations, client health, reporting, and incident follow-up, and oversee pre- and post-contract fulfillment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years in client success or relationship management within financial services
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
