Project Manager

The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving the successful delivery of complex projects within the organization, overseeing project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and timely completion within budget.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing complex projects in a professional setting
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle(s) with either Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects using structured methodologies
• Proven communication for coordinating diverse teams and ensuring alignment
• Organizational skills to balance multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Proactive problem-solving to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Proficiency with PM software and financial acumen to support budget tracking preferred
• Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA and or similar Project Management tools
• BS/BA degree, or equivalent experience
• PMP certification a plus
