Specialist, Quality Assurance & Engineering

BetaNXT is seeking a Specialist Quality Engineer to join a Scrum team and help shape quality and automation strategy across customers facing financial platforms. The role involves influencing test strategy, automation standards, and quality gates, while owning the end-to-end quality of deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 6+ years of experience testing complex web-based applications
• Strong programming experience in at least one modern language used for test automation
• Experience building and maintaining UI automation using modern frameworks
• Experience testing APIs using industry-standard tools
• Experience using BDD-style frameworks
• Solid fundamentals in debugging, triage, and root cause analysis
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within Agile/Scrum environments
