Job Description
BetaNXT is a wealth management technology and outsourcing solutions company seeking a Specialist, Software Engineering with experience in mainframe development to join their Scrum team. The ideal candidate will have 8-13 years of professional coding and software design experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
Requirements
- 8-13 years of professional and recent hands-on coding and software design
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science / Software Engineering or equivalent
- A track record of projects completed on time
- Experience with all phases of the software development life cycle, best practices and Agile Software Development
- Solid software design knowledge
- Strong technical experience with specialist knowledge in Mainframe Technologies
- Strong knowledge on DB2
- Extensive design knowledge in DB2 Load/Unload process with nightly batch process using DB2 Load/Unload utility
