Requirements

• Experience working in basketball projects, tournaments, or event operations
• Understanding of operational processes and regulations for basketball competitions
• Skill in coordinating multiple teams and processes simultaneously
• Ability to make decisions under stress and non-standard situations
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• Confident with Google Sheets/Excel
• Intermediate+ English
• Experience working in an international environment
• Experience scaling operational processes
