Associate Director, Planned Giving-Philanthropy

The Associate Director, Planned Giving Marketing & Bequest Administration has two main areas of focus: planned giving marketing and bequest administration. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing efforts to drive planned gift donations and managing decedent’s estates, life income gifts, and other planned gifts. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of related work experience, and strong project management and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7 years of related work experience required
• Project management experience required
• Working knowledge of planned giving vehicles required
• Experience in planned giving marketing, communications, planned giving event management, and donor/customer relations in large, complex institution preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated excellence in problem solving, superior attention to detail, ability to coordinate multiple projects across a broad group of staff required
