Requirements

• Conduct intakes and brief assessments
• Provide comprehensive evaluations and related service delivery requirements
• Document all clinical encounters in a concise and timely manner
• Coordinate with client's existing care team
• Develop and implement crisis plans and treatment plans
• Meet monthly productivity expectations
• Adhere to confidentiality requirements
