Executive Director, Philanthropy (Community Hospitals/Bayridge)

Join the growing BILH team and make a difference in people's lives as the Executive Director of Philanthropy for the Community Health Division. This role requires a collaborative, results-oriented leader with strong relationship-building skills to secure capital support for behavioral health initiatives and cultivate, solicit, and steward major and principal gift prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in philanthropy, with a proven track record of building donor relationships and securing large gifts
• A visible leader with the ability and willingness to be integral in all major initiatives in the organization
