Job Description
Reports to the Practice Manager or Ambulatory Practice Coordinator, responsible for delivering high-quality service to patients and contributing to the smooth functioning of practice operations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
- Ability to work collaboratively in small teams
- Ability to provide high-level customer service in a professional manner
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
