Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent acute care medical/surgical nursing experience
- Prior case management experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with computers and keyboarding
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
