Job Description
Occupational Therapist (Hand/Outpatient) position at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham, requiring a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and 0-1 years of experience in Occupational Therapy, with specialization in Hand Therapy for at least one year.
Requirements
- Evaluates patients, establishes goals and implements treatment program per department's procedures and standards of care
- Instructs patients and families in Occupational therapy procedures as part of a patient's on going program as needed
- Adequately plans for patient's discharge involving other pertinent team members, when appropriate
