OT Team Resource

The occupational therapist plans, organizes, collaborates and directs home care services, providing education and care to individuals and families in their homes and communities. They will coordinate patient care, complete assessments, and develop plans of care to meet the needs of patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed, certified Occupational Therapist with current licensure to practice therapy in the state of Massachusetts.
• Active American Health Association BLS
• Minimum 2 year’s experience preferred
• Oasis experience preferred
