Requirements

• Greet patients and visitors with courtesy, service, respect, and privacy
• Deliver patient care by being responsive, accessible, and visible
• Perform check in, registration, scheduling, and verification of demographic information
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Monitor and support patients and visitors entering and leaving the practice
• Facilitate timely flow and proactively solve flow issues
• Maintain clean and welcoming physical environment of the reception area
• Provide translation services in Spanish for Spanish speaking patients and employees when needed
