Job Description
Join the growing BILH team as a Psychiatric Counselor - Nights, responsible for milieu management, patient assignment, and leading groups in a 20-bed adult psychiatric services unit. Assist the multidisciplinary team in formulating and implementing patient care plans, communicate effectively with patients and staff, and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients in an inpatient setting is preferred.
- C.P.I. Certification provided during orientation program. BLS certification required.
