Revenue Integrity Senior Analyst

The Revenue Integrity Senior Analyst contributes to Revenue Integrity and Coding oversight at the enterprise, leading process improvement and ensuring adherence to established standards and policies. Key responsibilities include monitoring departments’ adherence to professional charge reconciliation and coding quality expectations, conducting periodic departmental reviews, and developing revenue integrity and coding education and training programs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, coding, and billing requirements, as well as experience with EPIC PB.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Certification: Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required
• 5 or more years of physician/professional revenue operations experience
• EPIC PB experience preferred
