Job Description
Join the growing BILH team and make a difference in people's lives by working as a RN Team Resource at Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home. You will plan, organize, and direct home care services, working with patients and families in their homes and communities.
Requirements
- An active valid Massachusetts RN license
- An active American Health Association BLS certification
- Associate’s Degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- At least 1 year of direct care nursing experience
- OASIS and/or EPIC experience is preferred
