Senior Financial Analyst provides advanced financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the hospital’s strategic and operational objectives, working as a business partner to clinical areas and developing insightful recommendations for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration or a closely related field
• 5 years of previous experience in financial reporting, accounting and analysis in a healthcare setting
• Expert knowledge of analytics and operational effectiveness
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent prioritization, organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent skills in Microsoft office
