Senior Sleep Technician 24-Hours Nights Fri & Sat

When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. As a Senior Sleep Technician, you will perform Polysomnography (PSG) to assess physiologic parameters during sleep and score studies following department standards.

Requirements

• Registration as a Polysomnographic Tech through the BRPT within defined time frame
• Scoring PSG, MSLT, MWT and HST studies following department criteria
• Acting as team leader on their shift with ability to make decisions
• Demonstrating knowledge of sleep procedures and maintaining quality assurance between 90 – 100%
• Titrating CPAP/BIPAP and administering O2 therapy independently or in conjunction with CPAP/BIPAP
• Troubleshooting faulty equipment and recognizing and responding to patients medical problems and physiological events
