Supervisor, Inpatient Pharmacy Operations

The Inpatient Central Pharmacy Operations Supervisor is a working supervisory role responsible for supporting the daily operational performance of the central pharmacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required
• Massachusetts Pharmacist License required
• 3+ years related pharmacist practice experience required, including at least 1 year in an inpatient pharmacy setting
• Demonstrated interpersonal and management skills necessary to educate and supervise staff
• Ability to handle non-routine tasks
• Ability to confront difficult issues and solve problems
• Strong analytical skills, defining work problems, and designing a system of procedures to resolve problems
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications
