Job Description
Bethanna is seeking compassionate, motivated therapists to support children, youth, and families through community-based therapeutic services. We offer full-time therapist positions with flexible schedules, supervision, and training in evidence-based therapy models.
Requirements
- Providing individual, family, and caregiver therapy in home, school, and community-based settings
- Developing and updating treatment or resiliency plans
- Supporting clients in crisis de-escalation and emotional regulation
- Collaborating with foster families, biological families, DHS, school teams, and care coordinators
- Maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
