Job Description
The Family Support Partner will provide emotional support to caregivers, share personal experiences, and model relevant skills to help families navigate challenges effectively.
Requirements
- Provide emotional support to caregivers
- Share personal experiences to help motivate and provide actionable insights for families
- Support caregivers in addressing the behavioral health needs of youth
- Model, train, and coach caregivers in relevant skills
- Assist in the development of family strengths to navigate challenges effectively
