Commercial Lines Director

Bethany Insurance Agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Director to lead and manage the Commercial Lines Department. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, extensive knowledge of commercial lines insurance, and the ability to drive departmental performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Active California Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
• 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in the commercial insurance industry
• Proven experience in managing a commercial lines team within the insurance industry
• Deep understanding of commercial lines insurance products, services, and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and driving business growth
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Above-average computer skills with the capacity to master essential software programs
• Analytical Skills and Business Planning expertise
• Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management
