Requirements
- Active California Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
- 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in the commercial insurance industry
- Proven experience in managing a commercial lines team within the insurance industry
- Deep understanding of commercial lines insurance products, services, and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Above-average computer skills with the capacity to master essential software programs
- Analytical Skills and Business Planning expertise
