Job Description
Betsson Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent specializing in French-speaking customers. The role involves handling email, chat, and telephone inquiries, translating promotional materials and customer surveys, managing accounts, and adhering to company policies. Requirements
- Help French speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
- Work with a team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Translate promotional texts and/or customer surveys in your local language
- Manage customer accounts
- Follow company policies regarding player safety and responsible gaming
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone calls)
