Job Description
Betsson is seeking a Senior Technical Compliance Manager to support operations in Italy, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and technical standards. The role involves risk assessment, compliance gap analysis, and driving technical implementation across functional teams. Collaboration with key stakeholders and liaison with external auditors are also vital.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in technical compliance within the iGaming sector
- Proven experience in the Italian gambling market
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related topic
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance in Italy (GDPR, AML)
- Understanding of industry best practices such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, ISO 9001
- Experience interacting with regulatory authorities and external auditors
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Italian – mother tongue
- English – excellent command of both written and spoken
