The Betsy, located on South Beach’s iconic Ocean Drive, is a premier independent boutique hotel seeking a Line Cook for its high-volume kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will create exceptional culinary experiences for guests through preparation, cooking, and food presentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred
• Must meet Food Handler training and certification requirements
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality
• Great personal hygiene and grooming standards
• Must speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to follow instruction
• Speaks with others using clear and professional language
• Detail-oriented
• Professional attitude is required
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills
• Works well with others
• Good communication skills are an asset
• Good organizational skills
