Accounting Manager

BBB Heart of Texas is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our Austin office as an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations, supervise the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, and provide actionable financial insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Experience with payroll management, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Advanced analytical skills with a focus on data trending and root cause analysis
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve accounting systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand systems and processes
