Job Description
BBB Heart of Texas is seeking a well-rounded, experienced Accounting Manager who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Requirements
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience with payroll management, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Advanced analytical skills with a focus on data trending and root cause analysis
- Ability to troubleshoot and improve accounting systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
