Job Description
BBB Heart of Texas seeks a Business Development Representative - Inside Sales to connect with businesses in Texas territories and share the value of BBB Accreditation. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B sales experience, strong phone presence, and persuasive communication skills. The position is 99% remote, and the salary is uncapped with commissions between $45,000 and $100,000+ annually.
Requirements
- 2+ years B2B successful sales experience (inside sales preferred)
- Track record of sales awards or top-performer recognition
- Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
- Active listening skills and conversation control skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and tech-savvy (CRM, Microsoft 365)
- High integrity and a strong work ethic
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus
- Clean criminal background
