Job Description
Better Buzz Coffee is seeking a General Manager to support the company's growing brand in San Bernardino, CA. The General Manager will be responsible for creating the Buzz Life experience for guests and team members, and will be expected to work a 45 hour work week. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and monthly bonus potential, as well as a full benefits package and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Requirements
- 3 years of prior General Manager Experience in a similar high-volume, high-velocity environment
- High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred
- 3 years of Food & Beverage experience required
- High volume drive thru experience a plus
- New Location Opening experience a plus
