Job Description
The Medical Coordinator will train and support Residential Group Home Managers on healthcare related processes, monitor medical appointments, and assist with medication audits. They will also attend staff meetings and support Manager/staff with MAP and medically related issues.
Requirements
- High School/GED
- MAP Certification for at least 1 year
- At least 2 years experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a Residential or Day Program setting
- Reliable transportation (may need to use own car)
- Technology skills including email, scan, copy, ICentrix (training provided), smartphone, internet, online patient portal access, HCSIS
