Job Description
Better Community Living (BCL) seeks a Program Director to lead residential and vocational programs for adults with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and at least four years of experience in the field, with strong written and verbal skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in word processing and database software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services
- At least four (4) years experience in the field
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work and communicate as an effective member of a fast-paced administration team
- Basic mathematical ability
- Demonstrate leadership skills, ability to work independently with good judgement
- Certifications, licenses and registrations as required by DDS regulations
- Proficient in word processing and database software
