Solar Roof Lead

We are looking for a skilled Solar Roof Lead to take ownership of the roofing and mounting phase of residential solar installations, leading roofing operations on job sites, and directing other installers through the roof work portion of each project.

Requirements

• Previous solar installation experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to lift, pull, and push equipment and materials
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and work on rooftops
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and work on feet for long periods
• Ability to work in extreme environments
• Great attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
