Commercial Mortgage Processor sought by established boutique mortgage brokerage firm specializing in commercial projects and ultra luxury properties. Job involves preparing loan documentation, reviewing provided documents, and facilitating open communication with lending staff.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience as a Commercial Mortgage Processor
• 3+ years in an environment focused on high net worth clientele and super jumbo loans
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited 4 year University
• Project Management experience and PMP preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication including extensive, detail oriented, correspondences
• Demonstrated ability to work on deadlines with great attention to detail
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• The ability to think critically and find alternative solutions
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn loan processing software or other lending systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
